How it works

Send your address
Text Tim your address or use the form. Within 24 hours you get your price. Add a photo of the front of your house, taken from the street, and we send a picture of it lit up too. No visit needed.

Book your date
A 50% deposit books your install date. Pick any day from November 1 to December 15. Slots are limited.

We install
We hang commercial-grade LED lights, cut to fit your house, on an automatic timer. A bulb goes out? We fix it free through January 1.

We take them down and store them
We take everything down in January and store your set. Next year your lights are already cut to fit.
You never buy, untangle, or store a single strand. The lights stay ours, and we store your cut-to-fit set for next year.

Holiday lighting
Roofline lighting for most homes runs $750 to $1,200. Send your address and we give you the exact price for your home within 24 hours. Every package includes the lights, timer, install, service calls, takedown, and storage.

The fine print
- Your price changes only with your OK in writing. A text counts.
- We laser-check on install day and change nothing without your OK.
- If a two-story peak needs a lift, a $400 lift fee applies. We tell you before you book.
- The lights remain our property. You provide an exterior outlet and access on install and takedown days.
- Either of us may cancel before install. Deposits are refunded, less any lights already cut for your home.
- HOA approval is yours to get.

Rollins Home Services is a veteran-owned company serving Huntsville and Madison, Alabama. Tim leads every install and makes every safety call.
We work in daylight only and never climb in rain or high wind. Someone on the ground stays within voice range of every climb.
Send a photo of your house and your quote comes with a picture drawn on it, so you see it lit before you book.

Payment

- The balance is due on install day.
- Pay by card online through the link on your Square invoice, by check, or in cash.
- A Lights + Gutters cleaning is billed on its own invoice when the cleaning is done.

Questions
Do I have to send a photo?
No. We price your home from your address. Send a photo of the front of your house if you want a picture of it lit up with your quote.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the quote: your address is all we need. On install day, plan a few minutes with us at the start (where we park, which outlet we use) and at the end (how the timer works and where the outlet reset is). For January takedown you do not need to be home. We text two days ahead and need gate access.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text Tim at 253-722-4915. Service calls on our bulbs and strands are free through January 1. A bulb or strand out on the roofline gets fixed in the next daylight window. If your home's own circuit trips, that is not a free service call. We show you where the outlet reset is on install day.
What lights do you use?
Warm white commercial C9 LED bulbs on green wire, cut to fit your roof. An automatic timer turns them on at dusk and off six hours later. Red, green, or multicolor bulbs cost $50 to $100 more. The lights stay ours, so you never buy or store them.
When do you take them down?
In January. We text you two days ahead, take everything down, label your set, and store it. Rebook at takedown to lock in this year's price and get first pick of install dates.
What if my house is two stories?
We light two-story homes. If a two-story peak needs a lift, a $400 lift fee applies, and we tell you before you book. Two-story gutter cleaning starts at $250.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit books your install date. The balance is due on install day. Pay by card online through the link on your Square invoice, by check, or in cash.
Can you use my own lights?
Yes. Your lights, our labor, from $500. We hang your strands; we do not store or warranty them.
Can my price change after I book?
